NJ Farms participating: Community Supported Garden at Genesis Farm, Howling Wolf Farm, Peaceful Valley Farm, Donaldson Farms, Rutgers and others
  • Tomato Sampling--taste a wide variety of local NJ tomatoes
  • Purchase local tomatoes, basil, garlic, and an eco-friendly bag to carry them home
  • Cooking Demonstrations are 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30
    Guest Chefs create gazpacho, tomato tart, raw tomato sauce, Authentic Sicilian pizza and other delicious healthy dishes with NJ tomatoes!

  • Seed Saving Demonstrations
  • The Tomato as a Garnish Demo
    Come early to take part in cooking demos--space limited--and you must sign up at the event.
