|The biggest event in the Slow Food universe is Terra Madre & Salone del Gusto. It happens every two years in Turin, Italy. Chefs, teachers, farmers, writers, gardeners, food producers and citizens from over 150 countries meet in support of the global movement for good, clean and fair food for all.
This September, Slow Food Northern NJ has two delegates (of about 200 from all U.S. chapters) chosen to attend: Andrea Lekberg, Chef/Owner of The Artist Baker, in Morristown and Theresa Dinan, Treasurer, Slow Food Northern NJ.
Please join us on Tues. Aug. 9, 2016 for a dinner, curated by Chef Lekberg at the Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen. Your support will help to send the SFNNJ delegation to Turin and will benefit the SFNNJ school and community garden fund.
